National Community Renaissance, with the participation of the City of San Diego, developed this national award winning project of 91 residential units (seniors aged 55+) with a ground-floor retail component in the City Heights Redevelopment Area of San Diego, including a health center focusing on the dietary and exercise needs of senior residents. The project has secured covered parking space for each residence, centralized laundry on each floor, elevators and interior courtyards for residents use.
